As part of our business objective, we offer our customers three membership levels—Basic, Essential, and Pro—designed for homeowners who want faster response times, priority scheduling, no trip fees, discounted labor, and a trusted team that already knows you and your home. Membership Plans can also be completely customized too. Many of our favorite longtime clients simply call us whenever something comes up and pay our standard rate with no commitment. We’re just as happy to help that way — and if you ever decide you’d like priority service or lower rates, we’ll be thrilled to welcome you into one of the plans.

Everyday handyman tasks and small repairs are billed at a simple hourly rate because the exact time needed can vary widely depending on your home’s unique setup and any surprises we uncover along the way. This keeps things fair—you only pay for the actual time spent. Membership plan pricing covers all labor, while materials are always quoted separately and only purchased/installed with your approval—no surprises ever. These membership plans are based on an average home (<2,500 sq ft).
(Quarterly) Inspect home for needed repairs (gutters, drainage, cracks, gaps, weatherstripping, leaks, damage, etc.)
(Quarterly) Check/Replace HVAC air filters
(Quarterly) Clean air intakes and returns
(Quarterly) Replace light bulbs
(Bi-annual) Check/Replace refrigerator filter
(Bi-annual) Switch fans to seasonal rotation (Summer/Winter) and blade cleaning
(Bi-annual) Check/Replace batteries in smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors
(Bi-annual) Lubricate door hinges, handles and/or locks
(Bi-annual) Sanitize Trash and Recycling Bins
(Bi-annual) Seal/Caulk kitchen/bath
(Annual) Clean dryer vent
(Annual) Clean a single designated exterior space (i.e., driveway, porch, deck)
(Bi-annual) Clean gutters and downspouts
(Bi-annual) Seal/Caulk windows, doors and trim
(Annual) Flush water heater
(Annual) Clean exterior home siding and windows
(Annual) Winterize exterior water lines (Faucets, Hoses and/or Irrigation System)
Custom and based on Member selection
Basic Member: 10% discount on labor with no trip charge = $90/hour
Essential Member: 15% discount on labor with no trip charge = $85/hour
Pro Member: 20% discount on labor with no trip charge = $80/hour
Non-member: $100 per hour + $25 trip charge + materials
While day-to-day handyman tasks are billed hourly for simplicity, larger home improvement and construction projects (remodeling, deck builds, kitchen/bath updates, etc.) are always quoted as a fixed price for the complete job. This way, you know the exact investment upfront with no surprises, and we can plan the scope, timeline, and materials accurately for the best possible result.
